Rotary Grant Accepting Applications Now

The Community Grants Committee of Springfield Southeast Rotary is accepting submissions for the fall grant cycle for 2017-18 fiscal year. A total of $5,000 is available for community-based projects and programs specifically dealing with health, hunger and literacy, although we consider any cause which serves the community. Preferences lean towards specific projects/programs (this can include money needed to complete a project/program) over general operating expense requests. Springfield Southeast allows a submission once every two fiscal years. We typically award between $500 – $1500.

The deadline is Friday, November 3, 2017 for online submissions and we will have in-person presentations for finalists on Thursday, Nov. 30 starting at 1:15pm at Ocean Zen (4117 S National). Please plan to have a member of your staff attend in the event your organization is selected as a finalist. The application and additional information are available online: If your agency was awarded a grant during the past two Rotary fiscal years (July 1 – 2015 – June 30, 2016), please note that you are not eligible for this round.
